Note: Does not include any crystals or Geo Box. This base is required to match 7 geo box mineral product. Now, if you buy 7 geo boxes, you will get 1 base for free! 
We use handcrafted fair-faced concrete and ground to create a simple light gray three-dimensional shape. It contains 7 LED light beads that project light through the back. You can touch the switch to adjust the brightness of the light or switch to breathing light mode.

The cement can be cleaned with water if the surface is dirty. Hold it gently to prevent bumping and damage.

Inroduction

Touch the switch: Click to light up/breathing mode/off ... cycle in sequence. Long press for brightness adjustment in the lit state.

* For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.

Tracking An Order

You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number. 

Easy returns Returns & Refunds Plus

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at GeoStellar, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If the product is in perfect condition but for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Note: Our products are all natural products. Sometimes stones and crystals have small imperfections and blemishes.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

6. For exchanges or resizing, if your location falls within a remote area, you may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints. We will notify you in advance of any applicable fees, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

Non-Refundable Items

1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.

2. Personalized items with “engravings”  are non-refundable. GeoStellar will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.

3. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.

Please Note:
* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact us geostellar.shop@hotmail.com
* Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
* When returning goods, the remoteness fee is non-refundable and needs to be deducted from the refund. We do not refund the remote fees you paid for the order.

 

 

Self Service Return & Exchange Instructions

 

Step 1: Initiate your return

Sign in and go to “My Orders” on the dashboard to select the item(s) you want to return.

Step 2: Receive return notification email

Once you initiate your return (Step 1), you will receive an email titled “Notification of Your Return Progress from GeoStellar” within 48 hours. Within this email, you’ll receive the further return instructions.

Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)

Enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name and email address. Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.

Step 4: Upload return tracking number

Remember to sign in and upload the return tracking number once the package is shipped back.

 

Cancellation Policy

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your order information before submitting it. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

Generally, all items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee. 

Notification Damage policy Plus

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. All products are wrapped and padded with the utmost care, especially since many of our items are fragile both physically and energetically. However, once the package leaves our facilities, we cannot guarantee its condition during transit.

Damaged Items:
If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us via email at geostellar.shop@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item(s) from multiple angles or clear videos. We will assess the damages individually and work to provide a return, refund, or replacements of the same value. If your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label for the return of broken or damaged items. Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of providing the return label. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items:
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if a sale item is damaged in transit, you have 7 days to contact us for a return label. After this 7-day period, we will no longer be able to accept a return for the sale item.

Missing Items from Order:
We carefully prepare each order, but if a product is missing, please let us know and we will present options. Please note items could be mixed in with our packaging, please dump out all packaging materials to make sure the item is not hiding.

Lost orders:
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee shipment once it is with the carrier. If your order appears to have been lost in transit, we will work with you to determine the best option, which may include filing a missing mail claim, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund.
